baby steps.....

the smell of vanilla,warm chocolate,fresh bread......should be classified as cardinal sins...they make the flesh willing and the spirit weak.....

but to resist temptation takes real strength of character.....

which many of us conviniently choose to ignore...
this is the story of my journey into baking....not as much for myself......appreciating the bouquet while resisting the wine....
