A mixture of many spices, all of which we are familiar with. Individually.
Together, they are something else.
And let’s take that something else and use it with coffee, cakes, tea, anything...everything...

2 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 ground ginger
1 tbs ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cloves
lightly warm the spices in the oven.
I used a whole nutmeg...warm,it was easy to cut into pieces.

Now get the spices togeter

Sprinkle over coffee, blend into coffee or pies and cakes, add to some Indian dishes (we’ll have to experiment ...you and me-but I’m sure we’ll come up with something great) or just simply inhale-all the fun minus the calories.
