Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee Latte

Posted on 00:55 by Unknown
We did the Chai Latte (for those of you who haven’t been that way-click on- http://baketitude.blogspot.com/search/label/Tea%20Indian%20style) and now it’s time to the exotic Brazilian, maybe Colombian, maybe Ethiopian way. Let’s go Coffee!

And with the coffee let’s just sprinkle the pumpkin spice mix.

Again, just for the record I made the Pumpkin Pie Spice for the last blog post....http://baketitude.blogspot.com/search/label/No%20Bake
Ranchi does not have any chill factor in the daytime, so for now the coffee is good for a midnight buzz.

And nights are good!

For the

Pumpkin Pie Spice Coffee Latte...
You need

3 cups of milk
4 tsp sugar (skip if you will, sugar free is NOT a good alternate)
½ tsp Vanilla Essence
½ tsp +3 pinches Pumpkin Pie Spice
150 mils brewed coffee (if you do not have brewed coffee add 2 tsp instant coffee powder to 150 mils HOT water)

In a large sauce pan, boil the milk with the sugar and the pumpkin pie spice.
When it comes to the boil turn the heat on simmer and bring out your blender. Buzz till you get a good froth and turn off the heat.

To this add the vanilla essence. You can add more if you want.
The picture fuzzed up...so no pic for that. Buzz it up a bit more and pour into the cups.

Your coffee brew should be hot.

Into each cup pour in 50 mils, the froth will cover the coffee partially .
Now sprinkle the three pinches of Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix-One pinch per cup.

Watch the reactions of the people who taste the latte.
Milk, coffee or is this a Pumpkin Pie.
Or is it all rolled into one??
Those were the leftovers of the apple pie.And sugar cubes because I never added any sugar...our blood is sweet enough without the addition of any extra sugar.
Edward Cullen ...are you listening???DONT!DONT LISTEN!

Was this an inspiration to bake???

So, what are you baking today???
